ONBOARDING & STRATEGY
Hit me with the brief, we’ll scope it out and decode your client’s audience and needs. You take the lead on this or I do, and we’ll send over our signature messaging guides and docs to get filled in. We’ll hop on a call with the client if needed and get every dang thing my team needs to make brilliant words that work.
THE COPY SPRINT
On time and on budget, we’ll deliver the first round to your team for refinement and feedback, before sending an a-sync video presentation of all copy to the client with a detailed walk-through and explanation. Any copy that feels misaligned requires a time-out and face-to-face call.
REFINEMENT
Your clients’ decisionmakers will review the copy and submit all their feedback, edits and changes back to our team. I’ll refine and implement those changes and we’ll send it back with design notes and considerations.

Yep. Some of our clients start out that way and after we’ve worked together for a while, they put us front-facing just to simplify their process. You choose the level of management you feel most comfortable with.
Do you have a referral/kickback structure?
Absolutely – if you’d prefer a hands-off approach – we have a commission structure for all kickbacks that we’re happy to discuss.
